Stacy is the Broker of the Kitchell Group. Consistently an award-winning leader in the real estate industry, she has experience in both residential (single family homes, condos, townhomes, investment properties) and commercial markets (office, multi-family, retail and flex/warehouse). Stacy has led her team to achieve over $140M in sales. Kitchell Group has also been awarded the Angie’s List Super Service Award every year since 2014.

- A comprehensive education in home-selling and buying for both her team and her clients
- Accurate home values due to Stacy’s financial background and meeting with over 200+ appraisers at her listings to gain first-hand insight from the experts.
Stacy is an active member of the National Assoc. of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, the Greater Tampa Bay Assoc. of Realtors, and has served on the Residential Data Integrity Committee for the Mid-Florida MLS Committee and the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams.

PERSONAL
Born in Rhode Island, she grew up in Southern Indiana (Columbus, IN) on a 20-acre farm (very Norman Rockwell!) before working her way through college at Indiana University. A resident of Tampa, Florida since 1997, through corporate transfers with real estate companies, Stacy has also lived in Indianapolis, Chicago (Lincoln Park), Norfolk, Virginia, and Sarasota/Bradenton, FL. With parents that lived in Anna Maria Island for 18 years, and friends who live on the Space Coast and in Fort Lauderdale, she is familiar with the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts of Florida. She has three sisters in Tampa Bay and a brother who has lived in Germany for over two decades, providing Stacy and her family the opportunity to travel regularly to Europe. Sie sprecht ein bisschen Deutch, having taken German for several years from 7th grade through college. Due to her nomadic past, she loves to travel anywhere she can. Stacy has three (3) children: Son (Sophomore at Tallahassee Comm. College) and 2 daughters (FSU grads!).
