Stacy is the Broker of the Kitchell Group.  Consistently an award-winning leader in the real estate industry, she has experience in both residential (single family homes, condos, townhomes, investment properties) and commercial markets (office, multi-family, retail and flex/warehouse).  Stacy has led her team to close over 330 homes totaling almost $100M in sales.

PERSONAL

Born in Rhode Island, she grew up in Southern Indiana on a 20-acre farm before working her way through college at Indiana University.  A resident of Tampa, Florida since 1997, through corporate transfers with real estate companies, Stacy has also lived in Indianapolis, Chicago (Lincoln Park), Norfolk, Virginia, and Sarasota/Bradenton, FL. With parents that lived in Anna Maria Island for 18 years, and friends who live on the Space Coast and in Fort Lauderdale, she is familiar with the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts of Florida. She has three sisters in Tampa Bay and a brother who has lived in Germany for over two decades, providing Stacy and her family the opportunity to travel regularly to Europe. Sie sprecht ein bisschen Deutch, having taken German for 10 years from 7th grade through college. Due to her nomadic past, she loves to travel anywhere she can. Stacy has three crazy, talented children – a son in high school and two daughters at Florida State University (Go Noles!).

Lead Buyer Agent for The Kitchell Group, Renee has been one of the top-selling buyer agents in Tampa Bay, selling almost 150 homes – helping an average of 20-25 buyer clients per year find their dream home!  Renee is a full-time Realtor and specializes in residential sales throughout Tampa Bay from Tampa to Land O’Lakes to South Tampa, St. Pete, Tarpons Springs, Riverview, Brandon, Parrish, Bradenton and more! She is an expert in NEW CONSTRUCTION and holds the New Home Co-Broker certification. She has consistently negotiated many extras for both her resale and new construction buyer clients.

EXPERIENCE

Renee joined The Kitchell Group in May 2013 bringing with her an impressive 20 years of experience in corporate retail management, including a role as District Sales Manager across several states for a major national retail franchise, where she was nationally recognized for consistently generating double-digit sales growth for over 10 years.

Inspired by her commercial real-estate success in negotiating retail leases as District Sales Manager and her award winning sales results, Renee decided to bring her energy full-time to real estate. A prudent decision, since she has ranked among the top 30 agents at Keller Williams Tampa Properties multiple times since joining the team in 2013 and has closed almost 150 homes.

She continues to be top-rated on Angie’s List as well, receiving rave reviews for her customer service and real estate knowledge. When it comes to her clients, Renee puts herself in her buyer’s shoes to find the right house that they can call home. She works enthusiastically on her clients’ behalf to provide the smoothest buying experience possible. A “Go-getter”, as our clients fondly refer to her, she keeps her clients charged and energizes the team with her dynamism and drive.

ANITA NIEVES

ROLE

As Director of Client Services for The Kitchell Group, Anita has been instrumental in the growth and success of the team since she joined in April 2012. The glue that holds the team together, she does whatever it takes to ensure our clients have a positive and successful transaction. From meticulous contract paperwork, to recommending vendors, to easing the concerns of our clients, she takes a personal interest in each client from the initial contact right until the close of the deal. Anita has closed over 300 files in the past 7 years. Anita is also a licensed Realtor® and is a great resource, having assisted several buyer clients in purchasing homes.

EXPERIENCE

As a Legal Secretary and Paralegal, Anita focused on Criminal Law, Civil Law, Personal Injury and Family Law for 10 years until she changed tracks in 2001 when she helped run a family-owned, local mortgage company. As the Compliance Manager, she was in charge of making sure all of the loan applications and files met strict federal requirements. She was also in charge of training and assisting new loan officers. As a Real Estate Investor, she has experience with both the purchase and sale sides of the business. Her friendly and peaceful demeanor has a calming effect on clients at a time that can be very stressful and challenging – the buying or selling of their home. No small wonder that she is so highly rated on Angie’s List!

PERSONAL

Born in New York City, Anita moved to Tampa when she was 18. She is engaged to Dave and they have three daughters – two at Florida State University (Go Noles!) and one at University of Central Florida.  They have been active in many activities, including color guard, soccer, and lacrosse.  And while they were Girl Scouts, Anita was Co-troop leader for many years, leading their troop to #1 in sales out of 37 troops in the region through her motivation and organization.  A role model and mentor for many young girls, her impact will carry with them throughout their lives.  If you need any inside scoop on any of the above, she is a terrific resource!
